X1100 X-SERIES SINGLE AUGER GRAIN CARTS

The Unverferth X-Treme grain cart name has developed a solid reputation in the industry for being a reliable harvest partner with extreme auger reach and height to easily fill trucks. The all-new X-Series takes that reputation to new levels with increased auger reach and height, and a new right hand unload option, which can take your harvest efficiency to a whole new level. The X-Treme features a patented front-folding single auger design with a U-joint connection that angles the upper auger outward, forward and upward for easily reaching over ditches, unparalleled operator visibility and clearing the tallest trucks. The new X-Series can be ordered with a traditional left-hand unload auger, or with a right-hand unload auger to match operator preference. Capacities range from 1,550 to 1,100 bushels with unloading speeds up to 650 bushels per minute and can be painted in tractor green, red or the all-new metallic gray for the highest quality, long-lasting finish.

NEW X-SERIES FEATURES
Increased auger side reach and height to easily reach over obstacles and clearing trucks with taller sides.
Optional right-hand unload configuration is available in addition to the traditional left-hand unload auger.
Rear access door with ergonomic ladder to easily access the inside of the hopper for quick and complete cleanout.
Other new features include a metallic gray color option, improved hydraulic hose caddy, PTO holder for use during storage, gust straps for the tarp and recessed are a for the remote scale display option.

OPERATOR AUGER VISIBILITY
The exclusive, forward-reaching corner-auger design allows the operator to have a direct-line-of-sight to the downspout from the side window of the tractor cab, reducing fatigue and increasing accuracy. The X-Series grain carts have an optional right-hand unload configuration that is available to the traditional left-hand unload auger.

AUGER DESIGN
The upper auger folds diagonally across the front of the cart for increased upper auger length. The patented auger design with a field-proven U-joint transition angles the upper auger outward and upward for increased side-reach and height. The upper auger folds within the width of the tank for a compact design and features a field-rest stand for quickly folding back into the unload position while running in-field.

AUGER FLIGHTING
The exclusively designed 3/8 thick max-edge auger flighting features thick Abrasion Resistant (AR400) strips added in high-volume areas to extend the flighting life for long-term, trouble-free use. AR400 material is a high-carbon alloy steel that is increases the durability of the steel.

DOWNSPOUT DESIGN
The 4-Way, hydraulically driven directional downspout provides nearly 4 feet of in-and-out and nearly 4 feet of side-to-side control with minimal change in the discharge height for easily topping off trucks. Dual, spout-mounted LED unloading lights for easy nighttime operation.

TANK DESIGN
Models X1500, X1300 and X1100 feature tank capacities of 1550, 1330 and 1110 bushels to meet individual grower preferences.

TANK STANDARD FEATURES
The hydraulically operated 34 flow gate features a highly visible position indicator for easily controlling grain flow while unloading.

RELIABILITY BUILT IN
The X-Series grain cart lineup features industry-leading undercarriage options to you can choose the right undercarriage to meet your operations needs. Choose from high-flotation single wheels and tires, the 42 wide Equalizer track system or 36 wide traditional track system.

UNDERCARRIAGE STANDARD FEATURES
All models feature a cast 2" single-tang hitch with a smooth chamber opening and bushings that fit numerous hitch pin sizes, allowing the cart to trail smoothly.

HIGH-FLOTATION SINGLES
Models X1500, X1300 and X1100 are available with high-flotation single wheels and tires. All models can be equipped with a rigid axle while model X1100 can be equipped with an adjustable axle to meet operators preferences. Models X1500 and X1300 feature 12-bolt hubs and model X1100 is equipped with 10-bolt hubs.

36 WIDE TRACK SYSTEM
Models X1500, X1300 and X1100 are available with 105 of ground contact length on the 4-bogie track, where model X1100 is available with either 87 of ground contact length on the 2-bogie track or 75 of ground contact length on the 2-bogie track. The 105 and 87 ground contact tracks feature 40 main end wheels and 10-bolt hubs while the 75 ground contact track features 32 main end wheels and 8-bolt hubs. Other standard features on the 36 wide track system are hydraulic belt tensioning adjustment for easier track alignment and a conveniently located PSI gauge to easily check pressure

42" WIDE EQUALIZER TRACK SYSTEM
On models X1500 and X1300, the 42 wide track belt features 105 of ground contact length on the 4-bogie track and on models X1300 and X1100, the belt features 87 of ground contact length on the 2-bogie track.
