INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL
To install the AutoConnect Mower Deck, the following steps are required.
Make sure the deck is on a firm level surface and gauge wheels are in the unlocked position.
Align inside of left front tire with the vertical wall on the drive over ramp on the mower.
Slowly drive tractor straight over the deck making sure forward link aligns with brackets on the tractor.
Go forward until mower begins to pull along and clicks twice.
Lift mower deck.
Use quick-release pins to lock gauge wheels in place.
On 3R Series tractors, set height-of-cut (HOC) bracket to desired cutting position.

For 2R Series Tractors, use the CommandCut controls to set the HOC and lower the mower deck to the desired position.

MID-MOWER LIFT SYSTEM (3120 - 3720 AND 3R TRACTORS)
The hydraulic independent lift system-of-cut system allows the mower to be raised and lowered independently of the rear implements. It can use either the dual selective control valve (SCV) (loader joystick) or third SCV (optional) to lift mower deck. The forward lift link is installed on the deck. It is spring loaded, allowing the link to connect automatically to front hangers (installed on tractor). The PTO-drive shaft design allows the shaft to automatically adjust as the female end of the PTO coupler engage with the male end of the gearbox coupler. The male end coupler has tapered guides to ensure engagement of both ends.

MID-MOWER LIFT SYSTEM (MODEL YEAR 2017 AND NEWER 2032R AND 2038R TRACTORS)
The 2032R and 2038R tractors feature a newly designed, CommandCut mower deck lift system, which allows quick and accurate adjustments of the mower deck with the turn of a dial and the bump of a lever. Control callouts make operation simple and repeatable. The height of cut setting dial and raise/lower lever are conveniently located on the right-hand console and easily accessible by the operator. Some of the key benefits of this system are:

Installing CommandCut only requires a simple calibration after installation. It is a true plug-and-play system as no controller programming is required.
Inhibits PTO operation when mower deck is in the install position to prevent PTO driveling and mower deck blade damage
Eliminates the need for hydraulic power and components, thus dedicating all hydraulic capacity to other implements or tract functions
Fewer hydraulic components means fewer hydraulic leaks, especially when working on sensitive turf
Precise height of cut with no drift or leakdown
System can be calibrated to different tire sizes to maintain precision
Minimum effort required to set height of cut and to raise/lower the mower deck which reduces operator fatigue
Easy to read graphical interface on the instrument panel allows operator to glance at the desired height of cut while staying focused on mowing
Built in transport lock can be activated from the seat by turning the height of cut dial to position 6 and raising the deck to the highest position

MID-POWER TAKE-OFF (PTO) DRIVEN
Mowers are driven by the tractor's mid PTO, providing the following advantages:
Rear PTO remains free to operate rear-mounted implements
Shaft driveno belts used to drive the mower
Faster and easier deck installation than other drive mechanisms

Service and durability
