WHATS THE SECRET BEHIND THE SCIENCE OF A 3-BLADE MOWER DECK?
It all starts with a minimum of 10-gauge steel. (Thats the same gauge steel that most safes are constructed from). Then we forge that steel into a mower deck. Much like a chefs knife, forging is a proven process conducted with proprietary tooling that maximizes both the strength and the performance of the mower. Finally, each deck is topped off with reinforcements welded to the trim edge for extreme durability.

Forged from our thickest, 9-gauge steel for excellent durability. These 48-, 54- and 60-in. mowers provide a pristine cut thanks to additional deck depth and superior clipping dispersal.

Stretch out your legs, put down your armrests and lets go. ComfortGlide suspension, on M- and R-models, moves your seat fore and aft to glide you over bumpy, uneven terrain.

GUIDING LIGHT.
LED Lighting positioned up-high and out front helps you keep an eye on where youre going even in low-light conditions. Standard on R machines.

A TRUE GAUGE.
Electric fuel gauge, located on the righthand console lets you quickly see your gas level without stopping and your hour meter to easily keep track of maintenance intervals.

POWERFUL START.
All models feature V-Twin engines for quicker starting, longer life. The Z545R features a 25 hp** (18.6 kW) engine with Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) for reliable starts and consistent performance in tough conditions.

DO MORE THAN MOW.
From bagging grass clippings or towing carts of mulch, the rear hitch is designed to expand the versatility of your mower. Standard on all R-models. Optional attachment for E/M models.

PROTECTIVE STRUCTURE.
Rollover Protective Structure (ROPS) and retractable seatbelt are both standard features. ROPS can be easily folded when storing in sheds or garages.

TAKE CONTROL.
Premium control levers on the M- and R-models feature multiple hand-placement areas. There are also 18-different lever-height adjustments to accommodate any-sized operator.

MULCHING THE EASY WAY.
Optional MulchControl System can be easily turned on with the flip of a lever. Grass tall? Flip the lever again to turn it off.

TACKLE TALL GRASS.
Choose from 48-, 54- and 60-in. cutting widths in two different styles. High-Capacity Mower Decks, forged from heavy, 9-gauge steel for superior durability provide an excellent cut in tall grass at higher speeds. Or the Accel Deep mower decks that feature a deep-draw and flat top design for a superior cut quality.

THOUGHTFULLY DESIGNED.
Enjoy an exceptionally smooth ride. Why? The foot platform on the R-Models is mounted separately on rubber mounts, isolating it from the machine components and reducing vibration.

KEEP IT CLEAN.
Premium floor mat keeps operator station clean and dampens any vibration due to uneven terrain. Standard on all M-models. The R Models feature a larger platform mat and toe pegs for more comfort.

LIFT UP.
Lift and lower mower deck with your foot. Transport position quickly gets you back to the shed or garage.
