SMALL IS A RELATIVE TERM
Sure, theyre called small square balers, but theyre all about big performance. Whether you need to feed a couple of horses or get crop delivered to the barn before supper, three affordable models offer the field-proven crop control system you need to make solid, square-sided bales that are easy to stack and transport every time.

PRODUCTIVITY
CONTINUOUS-FLOW FLOATING AUGER
Move hay away from the pickup to the pre-compression chamber with the continuous-flow auger. Free-floating motion automatically adjusts to hay volume, maintaining control of incoming crop.

BALE TENSIONER
Use the hand crank to manually apply the right amount of tension to the bale. The hydraulic bale tensioner makes it even easier to use/adjust. One knob lets you manage bale density to meet crop variations and desired bale weight.

KNOTTERS
Never-miss knotters catch every time to give you a reliable, secure twine wrap. Theyre highly dependable for an accurate, fast-acting catch even in the toughest crops.

PICKUP SYSTEM
Full-width feeding pickup goes flare to flare with tight-fitting teeth and narrow strippers to gather hay in wide, heavy windrows.

FEATURES
2-M (6.5-FT) WIDE PICKUP ON THE S200 SMALL SQUARE BALER
The S200 Small Square Baler features a 2-m (6.5-ft) wide pickup. The S200, designed for gathering capacity, is equipped with 96 teeth on four support bars. The width between the outer teeth is 1.4 m (4.6 ft) and can gather wide and windblown windrows.

HIGH OUTPUTS
The 1.18-m (3.9-ft) long floating auger guarantees an efficient and even feeding of the bale chamber whatever the size of the windrow. In addition, the auger can be spring suspended the large feed opening allow the machine to swallow huge crop volumes. The 90 strokes per minute (spm) on the S200 of the plunger head guarantee high output & high bale density. The 750mm (29.5") stroke of the plunger head allow larger feed opening increase feeding capacity.

TIGHT BALES
The top & bottom T-rail tensioning system, adjustable with two cranks or one pneumatic cylinders, combine with the three hay dogs, provide well-shaped, tight bales that handle and stack easily. In base, all S series Small Square balers are equipped with some side density flaps (one on each side). The optional dimpled side-hay resistors can help in making denser bales. They maintain the density while tying takes place.

TWINE KNOTTERS AND WIRE TWISTERS
The S200 is available with either twine knotters or wire twisters. The needles, knotters, and wire twisters are chain driven, simple and easy maintenance design problems and reducing daily maintenance.

DURABILITY AND RELIABILITY
Heavy-duty plungerhead made of welded steel provides added strength and reduces maintenance costs. A safety stop automatically prevents the plungerhead from hitting the feeder fork or the needles while they are in the bale chamber. A grease bank greases each knotter grease point just by filling one grease point.
