Here's Some Photos From the Delavan FFA Plot Day.
We demonstrated John Deere Technology, Precision Meters & Yield 360 Soil Scan.
They planted the plot with a John Deere 6140R with IVT TLS AutoSteer and a John Deere 7200 8R30 folding plot planter that we built in our shop.
At the event students learned how to test soil ph & nitrogen levels. The plot features a variety of hybrids planted at various populations.
Thanks to the Delavan FFA for involving us, Mike D and Matt K from Cross Implement who undertook the project.
