Unverferth Side Folding High Capacity Auger Carts

Faster unloading speeds and increased auger reach and height!  The 60-Series, side-folding, corner-auger grain carts provide unloading speeds up to 500 bushels per minute and the folding design allows the upper auger to be longer, providing up to 9' 9" of auger side reach and up to 13' of auger height depending on the model.  Harvest efficiency is pushed to the max with with capacities of 1000 & 1100 bu and an auger design that makes it easy to reach across ditches and fences, even over the tallest trucks and wagons.  The compact auger-fold design tucks under the side of the grain cart for ease of transport and storage.  An industry-leading design with a wide variety of undercarriage options and accessories.  A 60-Series grain cart can meet your operation's demanding needs.

The Unverferth 60-Series of single auger grain carts feature a side-folding auger design that tucks in neatly along the side of the tank.  This design allows the upper auger to be longer, equating to more side reach and greater height clearance and auger diameters up to 20” means faster unloading speeds!

 

Unloading accuracy is optimized when the auger downspout is pointed straight down and the 60-series grain carts provide up to 9’ 9” of auger side reach and up to 13’ of auger height when in this position, reducing the risk of throwing grain off target.

Models 1160 and 1060 feature a 20” diameter auger for unloading speeds up to 500 bushels per minute.

An optional 4-way downspout is available and adds in-and-out movement for even greater operator control.  This option requires one additional hydraulic remote on the tractor in addition to the standard 3 remotes required.

A fully visible auger fold position indicator allows the operator to monitor the auger during the entire folding process from inside the tractor cab.

Models 1160, 1060 feature tank capacities of 1,100, 1,000 bushels to meet individual grower preferences.

Hydraulic Flow Gate, hydraulically operated 36" flow gate features a highly visible position indicator for easily controlling grain flow while unloading.

Model 1060 1160 offer a weatherguard roll-over tarp to protect your harvested crop.

The 60-Series single auger grain carts feature a durable, high-grade enamel paint that is baked on in tractor red or green for a long-lasting and smooth, automotive-like finish and exposed seams are silicone sealed for corrosion resistance.

All models feature a cast 2" single-tang hitch with a smooth chamfer opening and bushings that fit numerous hitch pin sizes, allowing the cart to trail smoothly.

All models are available with a high-flotation single wheel and tire with various tire sizes available depending on the model and a rigid or adjustable axle depending on the tire size.

10-bolt hubs are manufactured from special alloy, high-strength steel with gusseted reinforcements for trouble-free operation.

All scale packages, including the UHarvest Pro, can be equipped with an optional remote scale display with a 4" x 18" LED screen mounted to the side of the grain cart for easy viewing of the loaded weight.

This option adds in-and-out hydraulic control to the standard side-to-side downspout for 4-way movement and total operator control.  This option will require one additional hydraulic remote on the tractor in addition to the standard 3 remotes required.

Featuring an exclusive front-folding, single corner-auger with a forward reaching design, the 19-Series lineup of grain carts positions the downspout ahead of the hitch for an enhanced line of sight from the tractor cab. The upper auger folds diagonally across the front of the grain cart, permitting a longer upper auger which increases side reach and height. The exclusive, forward-reaching, front-folding corner-auger increases the upper auger length for enhanced auger side reach, forward reach and height.

This allows the operator to easily view the downspout from the side window of the tractor cab which reduces fatigue and minimizes the risk of spilling.

The 21” diameter auger in the sump transitions into a 20” auger for increased unloading efficiency and unloading speeds up to 650 bushels per minute.

The standard 4-Way directional downspout provides nearly 4 feet of in-and-out and 4 feet of side-to-side control with minimal change in the discharge height for easily topping off trucks with limited tractor movement.  The hydraulically driven gear motor on the downspout provides a smooth and responsive feel when adjusting from side-to-side.

The patented auger design utilizes a field-proven U-joint transition that angles the upper auger outward, upward and forward for increased auger side reach, height and better visibility from the side window of the tractor cab.

Hydraulically operated 36" flow gates feature a highly visible position indicator for easily controlling grain flow while unloading.

A dual-auger grain cart provides faster unloading speeds and a lower profile hopper, allowing more room for the combine auger in uneven terrain.

The 20” horizontal floor auger feeds the 22” (24” on model 2520 and 2020) vertical unloading auger for unloading speeds up to 1,000 bushels per minute!

The 20" diameter horizontal floor auger feeds the 24" vertical auger on models 2520 and 2020 for unloading speeds up to 1,000 bushels per minute or the 22" vertical auger on models 1620, 1320 and 1120 for unloading speeds up to 850 bushels per minute.

The exclusively designed 3/8" thick max-edge auger flighting features an additional 1/4" thick Abrasion Resistant (AR400) strips (the strip is in addition to the 3/8, giving a total thickness of 5/8”) that are welded in high volume areas to increase durability and extend the flighting life.

The standard bi-directional downspout allows you to easily move the downspout in and out for precise grain placement. The pivoting vertical auger can be raised when pulling up to the truck and lowered when ready to unload.

For 4-way downspout control, an optional pistol-grip joystick adds the ability to move the downspout left-to-right in addition to in-and-out.

Three high-output LED spotlights located on the unloading auger downspout feature a compact design and durable construction for a convenient day and nighttime operation.

Models 2520, 2020, 1620, 1320 and 1120 feature tank capacities of 2,500, 2,000, 1,600, 1,300 and 1,100 bushels to meet the largest operation’s demands.

The rear, single-point opening for the horizontal floor auger panels permits easy clean out between crops.

The tank features standard 16" hydraulic flow-control gates over the horizontal floor auger which allows the operator to meter the flow of grain.  An easy-to-see indicator on the front of the auger displays how far the flow gates are open.

A standard weatherguard rollover tarp protects the tank’s contents and features low-profile tarp bows that are reinforced to eliminate sagging.

The heavy-duty, 18 oz. black canvas can withstand harsh weather conditions while the semi-trailer locking design provides optimum protection from high winds and moisture.

The ergonomic side-mounted ladder extends away from the grain cart for easy access to the top of the tank.

Three front and one rear shatterproof window make for convenient load checking and the interior tank-mounted LED spotlight allows the operator to easily check the tank’s contents at night.

The exclusive driveline design on Unverferth dual auger grain carts combines a belt drive for the 20" horizontal auger and a heavy-duty direct-drive 90-degree gearbox for the vertical unloading auger.

Models 1320 and 1120 are available with high-flotation single wheels and tires with a variety of tire sizes available depending on the model.  Model 1320 with single wheels and tires features 12-bolt hubs and model 1120 utilizes 10-bolt hubs.  Each hub is manufactured from special alloy, high-strength steel with gusseted reinforcements for trouble-free operation.
